The interior design incorporates intentional customer experience zones, many of which are not typically found in financial institutions. The experiences include: Financial Literacy (member genius bar, spaces to learn), Personalized Care (mini-branch for kids), Community Commitment (incubators, non-profit collaboration), and Employee Engagement (training, wellness).
The facility features an uncommon and comfortable openness while maintaining the necessary levels of access, control, and security common to all financial institutions.
